I placed an order of 7 books amounting to rupees 994 which was ofcourse prepaid. And I ordered them on 7th of January. 17 days later, and I still haven’t received my order or gotten a reply to my questions. No one answers the call or checks the Instagram DMs. My order ID is 27160.
