Dear sir,
I had home loan with motilal oswal housing finance. The company demanded extra money every month. On asking, they said, its just system issue and the charges will waived off. But not done. Everyday they send sms alert through rozarpay for demanding money. When called their customer care, they ban our number and diverted to another way and earning only music.
As per their staff said, reserve bank staff also not do anything against them.
It might be some paid relations with them.
So now where to complaint or ask for resolution?
