Above information is the text message of the travel details sent to me, first off, all the Pick point was wrongly shared when we get to know only when we reached the Pickup point that the bus won’t enter city and we need to go to Bypass toll gate which was outskirts. We somehow made it.
but drop off was Madgoa at 7PM and as we enter Goa City first on the way comes Madgoan for which he didnt stop even though around 6:30PM I told him I have drop off at Madgaon, instead he took to straight to Panjim and then when questioned he told it will go to Mapusa then Madgoan which will take another two a half hour more already time was 8:30pm at Panjim and Goa is so poor in public transport and me being new to the city I had terrible time reaching to Madgoan back.
There is no public transport in Goa after 8pm. I was so helpless being a lady it is terrible feeling to get standard and stuck in a new city at night.
The driver and his assistant mercilessly asked me to get down at Panjim.
This is a serious offence and I want the travels company to compensate it. and ensure this will not repeat for any other passenger.
Pathetic service experience with Paulo travels, they decide and do whatever they wish is convenient to them. I will never travel again with Paulo travels. I want you to please put an enquiry on this complaint immediately.
