This is really exploiting services you are offering. While booking the seats there were 19, 20 seats were vacant but after making payment I got confirmation for the seats 21 & 22. This is really frustration thing, I have to make 14 hrs journey and you people doing this I had specially downloaded the app to book the tickets but going forward I will not even think to travel with you and would not advise in my circle to travel with you.
And trying from last 1 hr to contact on all customer care numbers shared on email but no one is receiving the call
