This is murugesan I bought gold chain from avr swarnamahal salem branch on 27th November 2022.with in one month my chain get damaged.Reagarding this issue I abbroached salem branch manager, they said we couldn’t provide new chain instead of damage chain .they only provide recorrect service for damaged chain .because of this issue how can I trust them?? How can I purchase again from the shop??
