Anand Travels Private Limited is Delay in bus pick up and drop

My boarding point is at CBD Belapur to koppal at 06:15 pm, after so many calls finally bus arrived at 7:45. When i asked for the reason bus driver was telling about traffic, i thought may b that’s true. But in hubli(the place on the way to my destination) he stopped bus for more than 45min and he started unloading kiwi and dragon fruit boxes from bus. Nearly 100 boxes he loaded into bus then i realised this is the reason for that delay. As per the schedule i have to reach koppal by 7:00am. But we were in hubli till 8:10 am(distance from hubli to koppal is 118 km it will take 1hr 45 min more). As we don’t have government sleeper bus services from Mumbai to koppal we are depending on these buses, but this kind of behaviour of bus services so frastating. Kindly arrange to provide the way how can I raise voice against these kind of services. The bus details i travelled are
