Yesterday I have purchased grocery items of Rs 1281from Rajmandir Hypermarket Pochanpur Store. My 7 years old son has taken the small Amul cool milk bottle in the starting and drinks it during purchasing the grocery. In last, I forget to take the bill for this. Checking gate person asked me that whether I have taken the bill of Amul Cool Bottle. Immediately I replied that I forgot to take the bill and told that I will take the bill for this. But their manager told that we will penalize you for the bill of 10 times and their staffs started miss behaving. They have given the options either to forget & left the items purchased or pay 10 times of Amul Cool Milk. They have also started taking my pics and told that they are pasting in their portal. They have telephonically discussed with their senior person. I have also spoken with him & apologize & requested that I will ensure to pay next time in advance if child wants to consume anything during purchasing. That person told me to pay the bill of Rs 20 for Amul cool milk bottle and next time is careful. He also told the store manager for this. But the store manager forced me to pay four times. When I have requested for double time payment, they started removing my items with fighting and told me to go home. At last, I have paid 4 times & they told guard not to allow me in the store. Instead earlier, I have to wait many times for correction in bills due to wrong & high price charging. Sometimes they are charging double for Buy1 Get1 items. Please take action for such misbehavior by store manager & staff.
