I was travelling from Waknaghat (H.P.) to Delhi and the drop point was Majnu ka Teela. My parents were waiting there only. But, the bus dropped me off at some petrol pump 3 Km away from the drop point resulting in a big chaos. It took a long time for my parents to know exactly my whereabouts which caused stress and anxiety in all. This is unprofessional and irresponsible on the behalf of the bus staff and needs to be fixed.
