Ramakrishna Housing Pvt Ltd Vijayawada is They stopped construction and as well not paying the AMR.

Dear Sir,
We have taken a commercial property in Ramakrishna techno towers from Ramakrishna housing PVT ltd.
Paid 95% as the payment advance and they are supposed to pay the AMR until construction is completed. They stopped construction and as well not paying the AMR.

It is about more than two years, they stopped the construction. Not sure, what about the future, not getting any communication from them.

Need a support on this, on how to proceed.
