Vfs Global Pvt Limited Lost track of Passport

My wife has recently sent her passport to VAC Mumbai for authentication. This was requested by INZ (Immigration New Zealand) and so we proceeded accordingly.

As per the VFS website, we have sent the following via courier last week to VFS Global Mumbai office in Bandra (east) :

1)Passport
2) Demand draft of 1, 010 INR on the name of VFS GLOBAL PVT LIMITED
3) Contact details/Return address
4) INZ Letter requesting us for passport verification

Desirable resolution:
We would appreciate it if you could let us know the current status of my wife’s passport and by what day/date it will reach us. It is very urgent.

We have tried to make use of your 24*7 Customer care (twitter handle) but it’s just been useless so far. No one has responded since yesterday.

So please give us an update as early as possible.
