Mount litera Zee school, sancoale has not refunded my extra money for nearly five months of requesting them.
They have continuously claimed that the head office is processing it.
It is clearly a case which they do not want to address as the delay has suggested.
On occasion they have claimed that many more refunds are pending since a very long time.
I completely forsee it as an intended act to not refund a parent’s hard earned money instead make the parent wait till they finally give up.
The manegement has to be held responsible and pay back every parent’s money with interest.
