My bus booking id C7972GMU, KKaveri Travels
Volvo Multi-Axle A/C Sleeper (2+1), instead of volvo they asked me to travel by normal AC bus. Which was late for almost 2 hours. They refused to pay back the difference amount also.. They didn’t even gave my opted seat. Kindly look into the matter.. Plz help..
