Sachin Travels is Irresponsible staff and miss behaviour

Recently we booked tirupathi package from banglore provided by the sugama travels. We had booked sleeper couch bus.

They didn’t provided blankets while return journey even through that is AC bus.
When asked this they told, they have took the blankets for the washing. How can they take blankets for washing even before the journey completed.
This issue is questioned at office, they told issue will be cleared. And also told we should not provided the blankets at starting of journey. Very shameful right?.

Next, very bad smell comes from the AC after long usage of the AC. And they have 1 bus for the package. Same bus completes the route daily. So, we experienced the bad smell while going to tirupathi ( long usage of AC here, because the bus has started from tirupathi for return journey and picks the passenger for next journey). And while coming back bus will be in rest till evening before return journey.
When this issue is questioned at the race course road banglore office. They didn’t believe this and they came on us by shouting on us (entire family). Simply they will make the issue big rather taking note of this and getting issue resolved. Like I’m asking their property or I performed theft in their property (travels bus)

And next, it took some more time than others to finish dharshan of tirumala god and to take prasadh(laddu). They simply blamed us as we delayed the whole journey while returning and even after reaching at the office. They simply made small issue big and using bad words on us and came to hit us also. And they called us “chappers”.

Is this the way so called sugama travels treat the people. And remember getting scolded by the irresponsible staff for not our mistakes that too infront of whole and to the whole family is very very disappointing thing, that no one should face.

Look into the issue very seriously. Our intention is very clear that, these issues should be faced by single person also.

And please provide some water bottles while journey and take payment from the passengers if want.
