Sugama Tourists is Misuse of public property and Illegal boarding passenger and overloading bus

Hi,
I have been regulars customer of sugama from most than 2 years but last trip was very bad behavior by your team and threatening(rowdy) behavior by your office members(4 of them) . After speaking to other i confirmed that they do with almost all customer.
