Dear sir/ma’am,
I got a mail on my mail that a legal action has taken place for the non-repayment of the principal amount of 1000 INR which couldn’t be paid due to some health disaster in my family that’s why I was unable to pay the amount. So, it is kindly requested to you that please waive off all the penalties by considering my situation in order to take repayment of the loan.
