Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances is Provided the different color combination in modular Kitchen

Dear Sir/madam,
Please refer to the my mail dtd 23rd July addressed to Customer care Kutchina and subsequent reply of Sales Manager, AB Continental Sodepur dtd 25th July’22, again my reply dtd 26th july’22 and its attachments regarding finalization agreement, drawings for bi- color combination along with actual installed color. As I was staying outside Kolkata, the said installation was done by kutchina.in presence of my brother in law who was not very much aware of color combination. While I came to Kolkata recently and was surprised to verify the color which is totally different from the approved drawing color. The actual installed modular kitchen color combination which is a very dull color but your Sales Manager is justifying such anomaly irrelevantly. It is not at all expected from such reputed company.
It is therefore requested to look into this matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
