Cic Global Resource Pvt Ltd is Took amount of money and not providing service or refund

CIC approached me for Work Visa related process after which I paid the first installment of 47, 000 rs. Now they do not answer my emails, calls and do not provide any updates regarding the service they had promised or any refund
