I contacted apex visa for my immigration purpose to canada. They asked me for 5000 as advance token money for booking my slot, they don’t informed me that the amount is non-refundable or anything like that. I had paid the money (5000 rupees) on 21st august, 2020 as a token money. But, in the next week, i had faced some medical emergency in my family, that’s why i decided to postpone the service as of now. I called my agent (Preeti patil) for refunding my 5000 rs. To me. I have not yet signed any agreement document with them, hence they should refund the money to me. But, i am following up with them from last week, they are saying that refund is not possible. Please address the issue as soon as possible, as i am currently in financial crisis. Attaching the money receipt of 5000 rs.
