I had taken a profit club card on 30/11/2021. I made two transactions- 10/01/22 and 07/02/22. Then suddenly all the stores were shut down. As a message was marked on the shutters of the store that it would re-open soon, I waited for 2 months. On 14/04/2022 I called the customer are and as per their message I sent them an email providing all the details required for the refund policy. But now neither their customer care is available nor they are refunding my remaining hard earned money. Out of 10000/- I have only used 2000/- and the remaining 8000/- is yet to be refunded. Kindly help.
