Mohamed Sathak Enginnering College, Chennai is Not refund Admission fees

Sir, my name is Noor Mohamed, i have been paid Rs.30000/- out of total amount Rs, 85000 for admission of managment quota in Mohamed sathak engineering college, Navalur, OMR, CHENNAI. The Councillers from above said college forced to get me admission and i had paid advance Rs.30, 000/ three months before. due to financial issue i cant do bear the total amount of 85000/-. so i did request refund of paid money on two month before. till a date the the college authoriy not refund money nor any reply. iam trying to get refund money last two month.
