Spice Jet Airlines is Non issuance of refund for modification of flight which was charged but not modified

I tried to modify my booking of a spicejet flight on 26.01.2023 with Pnr XGT9RA.

After 3 unsuccessful attempts of 4422 by my side to Spicejet in which all the times payment was deducted from my account, i had to finally pay 4764 from account ending 4500 via UPI to Spicejet on call and only then my itinerary got changed.
I would like to mention that the amount for three of the payments…
