We were 12 members flying from Delhi to Ahmedabad on a SpiceJet flight SG 193 on 12th Feb at 8:30 PM. Our PNR Number is CJ4VFR and WJZLWX.
When I tried to web check-in around 5:45 PM I came to know the flight had already departed around 1:40 PM. We did not get any intimation from SpiceJet via email, sms, or phone call.
I called up SpiceJet customer care and they tried to put us in next available flight but they did not have any tickets available for the next 2 days. so I had no choice but to cancel the tickets and get a full refund. They agreed to a full refund and started the process.
However, because there was no intimation. I had purchased last minute ticket from the airline and it cost me 65000 Rs more than usual.
This was the carelessness of the airline and I want to file a claim against them.
