Spice Jet Airlines is Unethical Behavior from SpiceJet, Refund Required

I was supposed to be flying out from Dubai to Mumbai on the 18th of December. My flight was initially booked for the 13th of December, however on the 11th of December I made the change in my flight ticket on the Spice Jet website to fly on the 18th of December.
