Respectfully Sir/Madam,
Here I am complaining against REG Immigration Kottayam Branch. This consultancy gave wrong information and cheated 36500 rupees from me. Around one years ago I connected with this agency after seeing their advertisement on social media.
I shared about my education, experience and family details with them and enquired about the Quebec program. They convinced me that I am eligible and they assured me that I can fly to Canada within a year, for that they will support and need to pay around INR 36500 to them.
I paid and updated my IELTS score also. After that, When I tried to connect with them their response was not good. Later only they were told that may or may not get the invitation, it is based on the Canada government decision. Initially they assured me that’s why I applied, but after I paid all the money they completely changed. I requested for a refund, when I came to know I was cheated. But they are not ready for a refund.
Kindly investigate this and take the necessary action against them, help me to get my money back . I have all the proof regarding this. Their chat messages, voice and all and I am ready to submit.
Note: I am not only a single person cheated by REG. We have a group of 24 people, who lost their money in REG. They are exploiting helpless people. Kindly help me for the refund.
