Expat properties have cheated and is a fraud company. I’ve bought properties in 2012 from them with a promise of land possession in their anhita 2 project in mangaon.For the last 10 yrs, have done countless followups and meetings with always empty promises. Now these folks have gone incommunicado with their offices shut down and no one picking up our calls. They didn’t even bother to respond to my lawyers notice.
I want my money back with interest as it is there in the contract. You people have looted and cheated honest middle class folks who dreamt of having a piece of land. Shame on you.
