I would like to resolve an ongoing issue with your service. I’ve already paid Rs 3540 and EMI
Of Rs 1180. I was offered a different plan and without my consent a completely different service was activated and I’m paying for something that was not agreed. I want to cancel the entire subscription, I’m completely dissatisfied with the service offered by your representative, I’m chasing to get this sorted and getting false promises.
