Matrix Institute Of Business Management is Salary not credited after working for 1.5 month

I had worked in this organization as Telecaller from Pune location. My joining date is 31st March 2023. It was informed me that ill received my salary (10k) on completion of 1.5 month of period. As per discussed with senior name Pawan Thakur. But as on 15th May i have completed 1.5 month still not received my salary. I m taking follow-up for this but got no response. And as contacting Pawan Thakur, he said on 15th May that salary will credited in few mins than he said at 8pm but that was total lie. When i again try to contact Pawan Thakur, he is not responding my messages and calls. He left my messages on seen but no response. He is fraud and his organization too. This has happening with others too He ask to work for 1.5 or 2 months but than no salary is being paid. This he has done with many people.
I request to please take necessary action against this FRAUD man name PAWAN THAKUR. And help me to get credited my salary (10k) as soon as possible.
