I had reserved few rooms in Sterling yelagiri from 29th April till 1st May 2023. The booking was made on 16th April and paid an advance of Rs.36, 000/- to confirm the reservation.Later on 18th April I had requested to cancel this booking due to Medical Emergency that one of our family member was Hospitalized for an immediate surgery. Ramachandran, who was the First point of contact for this entire booking had understood the situation and confirmed that the booking has been cancelled as per request and secured the approvals for the FULL REFUND considering my situation.
