We had booked an international trip to Singapore & Malaysia during January 2020 (travel dated 10.02.2020 to 17.02.2020) through Antilog Vacations Private Limited. Since the COVID-19 pandemic surged all over the world during February 2020 and Also, our Flight was cancelled by Go Air and Indigo with 100% refund as per the respected Government of India guidelines and considering age and the medical history of all travelers aged more than 60 years, we were forced to restrict our travel plans.
Accordingly, we had requested Antilog Vacations to postpone our travel plan as scheduled to Singapore & Malaysia; whereas initially Antilog Vacations was denying to refund or postpone our travel. Further during February 2020, they had agreed to charge Rs. 20, 000 as penalty to cancel/postpone the travel & stay.
However, now they are refusing to give us the entire amount to either utilize in current date or refund. Now the Antilog Vacations are deducting Rs. 1, 10, 000/- and providing the remaining amount of Rs, 149, 000/-. Since I being a Senior Citizen and it was my lifelong savings that has been invested to this trip. Hence, it would be of a great help if this issue can be addressed and arrange us to get the refund of entire Rs. 2, 59, 300/-.
