I have very Bad Experience with TRAVOLOOK . I booked Tkt on 18th May 2022 and Flight was canceled, Still I did not received my Money. Call many times and got reply’Money will be credited in 2-3 days’ This is there standard reply.
After that I tries hundred timed over phone amd mail but all my effort went onfutile.
I am NRI and and now I am loosing trust on any indian companies because of such a kind of frauds are still exists. Now I also do not want to do any investment in india if such companies are existing and Government is not taking any action against them.
My advice to every one not to use Travollok.
