Henry Harvin Education is Not refunding my paid amount

Hello,
I have already paid in full for embedded systems course of Henry Harvin Education. It is been more than a month, they haven’t started the course. I completely lost the trust on this institute. When i asked for the refund they denied it claiming i paid through emi. Kindly take action against this institute. They just keep on scamming people. Our law has many loopholes and hungry and crooked predators like Henry harvin is preying on that
