I was looking for a property in Pune. I got his whose name is Ajay Rakesh Shukla’s number as a owner of a property in Gera Song of Joy apartments in Kharadi. I contacted him and to finalize the deal, he asked for ₹7000 first as a token amount and then after 2 weeks he demanded the rest ₹7000 of the remaining monthly rental to proceed with the agreement papers. Once I have him the sum of ₹12000 as a whole, he never contacted me back neither was he answering the call, not replying to my texts and has not refunded my money
