I had originally given four article of clothing for dry cleaning. When I went to collect the articles two of them were totally ruined. One shirt was from Celio and the other pant from Blackberrys. The pant has white patches all over and the shirt is totally damaged beyond recognition. The lady at the store agreed that these marks werent there initially and that she would return it for dry cleaning again. The second time when it came back the lady is telling me that these marks were there the first time i gave it. She is clearly lying. I spoke to the company and told them to reimburse the original bill amount. Both these articles were purchased on 07/05/2022 and I gave them for dry cleaning on 21/07/2022. The only proof of all this is the store CCTV camera. I told them to either settle it or I would approach the court. They are telling me they are ready to waive off the bill amount. The bill amount is just 540 Rs whereas the clothing articles cost me 5000 rs.
