I, Durga Prasad, reserved a ticket with AbhiBus Booking from Hyderabad to Srikakulam for my mother and my brother. The bus didn’t come on time. It came 2 hours late and the bus was a normal one. They said that they will transfer to the Main bus at LB Nagar. But they didn’t. The bus suddenly stopped and all the bolts and nuts become loose. The bus has only one driver and no extra driver or cleaner. He said that he will drive to Vishakapatnam on the same bus and he didn’t seem to be in good condition. So we were worried and got down from the bus at Hayath Nagar. So we didn’t even travel 20km. Police also came there and talk with the Jagan Travels. The travels said that they provide the refund. But I didn’t receive any confirmation from the travel agency or Abhi bus. I talked with the customer care of Abhi bus and registered a complaint. I always receiving the messages like “Please allow us some time to address your complaint”. It has been almost one month but there is no progress. Could you please help and make sure the refund would process?
