पुणे: आयटी कंपन्यांमध्ये नोकरी मिळवून देण्यासाठी खोटे अनुभवपत्र आणि पार्श्नभूमी देणाऱ्या खासगी क्लासेसने शहरात अक्षरशः धुमाकुळ घातला आहे. राज्यभरातून विद्यार्थी नोकरीच्या आशेने पुण्यात येतात.
त्यांची मोठ्या प्रमाणवर फसवणूक तर होते, त्याचबरोबर त्यांचे करिअर ‘बरबाद’ होत आहे. कंपन्यांनी बॅग्राउंड व्हेरिफीकेशन सुरू केल्यामुळे आता अशा क्लासेसचे पितळ उघडे पडत आहे. आपली फसवणूक झाल्याची लक्षात आल्यामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांनी आता आक्रमक पवित्रा घेतला आहे.
शहरातील एका परिचीत क्लासेसच्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी समाजमाध्यमांवर यासंबंधीचा व्हिडीओ अपलोड केला असून, पैसे परत करण्याची मागणी ते करत आहे. सॉफ्टवेअर डेव्हलपर आणि टेस्टींग संबंधीचे प्रशिक्षण, तसेच नोकरी मिळवून देण्याची हमी या क्लासने दिली होती.
त्यासाठी विद्यार्थ्यांनी तब्बल ४२ हजार रूपये शुल्क भरले होते. याच क्लासेसमध्ये शिकणारी निकिता सांगते, “क्लासवाले सुरवातीला वेगळे बोलत होते. आता वेगळे बोलत आहे. आम्ही पैसे भरूनही सॉफ्टवेअर मधील एसक्यूएल, अटॉमेशन किंवा मॅन्यूअल टेस्टिंगचे प्रशिक्षण आम्हाला बेटले नाही.
त्यात खोटे अनुभवपत्र दिल्यामुळे आमचे भविष्य अंधारमय झाले आहे. निदान क्लासवाल्यांनी पैसे तरी परत करावे. ” खोटे अनुभवपत्र आणि खोटे कौशल्य दाखविणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांवर आयटी कंपन्यांनी अंतर्गत चौकशी सूरू केली असून, दोषी कर्मचाऱ्यांना काढून टाकण्यात आले आहे. विद्यार्थ्यांनी अशा प्रलोभनांना बळी पडू नये. स्वतःच्या कौशल्यावर नोकरी मिळावी, असे आवाहन तज्ज्ञांनी केले आहे.,
