Acte Technologies Pvt Ltd is False Promise and Fake Instructors and Fraud

Hi,

My name is Lakshmikanth and I joined course at ACTE Training Institute on SAP this year. As per my initial conversation with the executive, she provided the details of the course and mentioned that the instructor is 10+ Years experience candidate and asked me to join the course without demo session even after insisting. If I am not interested to continue the course based on the issues from the institute, they will refund the total amount. I joined the course with full amount of 28K. Once the course is started I sensed something wrong with the instructor (coz I am a Recruiting Manager and will be speaking with many candidates on daily basis and can able to assess their knowledge and experience on a single call) but continued the course. After the classes started they removed the access of portal within 10 days and did not restored it even after many complaints. After one month they removed the access to the Remote Access and kept saying that I need to pay extra amount for the renewal which will be Rs 3, 000/ per month which was not informed by the counsellor at the time of joining and kept me Blind. Due to the unavailability of the instructor and lack of access of the server, instructor was able to take only 4 classes in that month.

When I discussed the same with the Instructor, he did mentioned that other students who joined the course facing the same problem and in the process of conversation, he revealed that he is a 2022 passout and learned the course watching You Tubes. When I tried to consult the executives, no one answered my calls and asked to send mail with my issues.

I sent couple of mails on sever access and refund, there is no response from them, even from the executive and coordinator.

Most of the reviews on their website seems to be fake, as there is a pattern of 5 Star reviews you can see after the 1 Star reviews from the students or aspirants to learn courses

I am not sure how effective this complaint will be, as there is other complaints, I can see on the same institute but would like to take it to your notice, so that others will not get effect by these guys.

If possible try to recover my hard earned money from them
