Akara Capital Advisors Private Limited is Loan account closed but not reflected in the credit score

I taken loan in starfin, but I can’t repay the amount due to some issues in this system. After few days from customer service called me to repay the amount. I said the problem faced by me to repay the loan and he cleared my problem. I repay the amount but it is not reflected in my credit score. It showing outstanding amount due to me. What’s wrong with this? Y it’s not reflecting in my credit report.
