Ald Automotive Kurnool is Worst communication

As I got mail from ALD to repair the vehicle and report to workshop on 10th Aug 2022 and I report to workshop but they didn’t get any information from ALD to receive my vehicle to start further process.
Whenever I book for service same happen going on every time.
When o go back from workshop then Mr udai shetty call to workshop to know chicken report or not but earlier nobody inform to workshop or insurance Persian to start the process of damage.
And finally I got a mail from ALD your vehicle not report to workshop.
What is this we are not free to wait your mail to your person.
If ALD given me appointment then ALD should inform to insurance person to do survey and also ALD work Dupadu kurnool to receive the vehicle to start damage repair.
I want immediate action to proceed the work.
We are Bayer employees
