I have booked Temple weaves project J block and paid the full amount in 2019 but till that proper handover measures are not taken any permanent EB connection simply sends mail and ask to sign unnecessary documents in full favor of them. I have filed a case in RERA form M and Form N . RERA gave judgment and directed the builders to pay compensation within a month but till no communication, no response from their side no courteous to call not pay anything, and dishonored the judgment, but they are projecting themselves as very customer-friendly and honest, fraudulent builders. if they are really worrying, they would have handed over the project in the prescribed time till nothing is made clear. they never thought about customers’ difficulty paying EMI not handing over the flat and paying rent also how much more difficult, is it? no customer service no courteous no empathy looting money as much as possible by saying many ways is the aim.
