Aosmith Water Heaters is No repair service provided during warranty period

Had purchased below AOsmith water heater product from Croma with extended warranty which is valid till November 2022.

Now that the product failed and continue to be in breakdown since 45days all through the colder mansoon in Bangalore weather, i was forced to purchase new geyser out of compulsion.

I had attached trailing email communication with the reference details of
1. Complaint no
2. Communication received
3. Followup emails
4. Email to grievance contact points
5. Purchase details/ref invoice etc

As there’s no action on field after 1st visit and dismantle of the unit, there were only automated emails for complaints and service calls promising someone will visit but none turned up. It seems that product is no more in production and spares are not available. Usually i had witnessed all vendors including AOsmith used to provide service resolution within 3~5 days or utmost a week. But this is outrageous response with highly negligent inaction with just lip service by AOsmith.

Since we suffered during the crucial mansoon season & we had to invest again for new geyser as well as no use with the broken geyser, i request for the refund for the product. We trust Croma and buy products with a great good will and hope it’s considered appropriately.
