Apex Visas Immigration and Career Consultancy is money fraudulent did not refund my 95, 000

Hi,

This is to bring into your notice that apex visas pune and mumbai branch
Asked me to apply for the canadian express entry program
And told me to submit money 95, 000 inr for there services
Now i said i am not interested in the process please refund my money they are making drama..
This incident happened on 10/sep/2018
Still they are just trying to mail me and call me
I am totally fed up with this company
Now they say according to the agreement we don’t have any refund policy
