I had hired Apical Immigration Experts for my Canadian study permit application. However, my application was refused. Apical Immigration Experts have a publicized policy of “No visa, No fees” and I had signed a contract which stated that in case of visa refusal, I would be refunded the amount paid to them. However, they have refused to refund. I believe this is a violation of the signed contract.
Their reason for not giving a refund is that my Canadian study permit application was refused because of my previous visa rejections. But this is not the case, they do not have any proof that indicates this. Neither the contract has any such terms due to which they could refuse a refund. Also, they were well aware of my previous visa refusals, I had discussed this with multiple people in their firm and even sent emails where this information was mentioned.
