Beyoung Folks Private Limited is Company is doing fraud with customers

I have taken two joggers from @beyoung.in app on cash on delivery basis.
I received old wered smelling very bad clothes in ecard.
I tried to reach the customer care number but I failed after struggling hard I reached to the customer care number.
After doing hard work emailing them all the photos and details they replied we can’t help you in this problem delivery partner has done this so I didn’t get any satisfied answer I request to get justice and refund my money back.
