After getting to know reliance bigbazaar deal when all the big bazaar outlets got closed i contacted customer support to get my profit card refund as still around 9000 rs were pending in my profit. Query was raised on 18th april 2022 with all the required documents and did several follow ups but no response. Now when i am again sending mail its saying no address found and sometimes mailbox is full. while connecting on customer care number its saying wrong number. Not sure how can i get refund or my money is gone in this BB fraud.
