Bizmart is a business marketing agency that contacted us and frauded us by promising they would take the enterprise to a higher level by selling it on meesho. It was a 3-month contract, and it’s been more than 2 months and they have not even uploaded all the products despite requesting and scolding multiple times.
The executives who sold the contract were also frauds and never picked up the call after receiving the amount. The marketing team never picks up the call and even uploaded the products wrongly and removed them many times. All this has resulted in a significant loss of money and time for our company.
I request the Consumer’s Forum to take strict action against such fraud and pay us back the justified money that they took for the services left denied and withheld.
