I had placed an order with Booklustic Private Limited for 24 books, including some used books, on 26.07.2022. On 27.07.2022 I had received a confirmation email from one Mr.Srijit Mondal, director of the company, through his personal gmail account, confirming the order. Immediately thereafter, received an email from shiprocket, the courier company, confirming the order pickup. The order was to be delivered on 01.08.2022 but till today there is no sign of any delivery. The payment was upfront through digital mode. The calls and emails made, remain unresponded.
The company is running a scam. The instagram profile of the company – boookd.com was removed, once I put comment warning other to avoid buying books from the company.
