Bus timing at pick up point is 10:30 pm But bus reached at pick up point is 10:05 pm I am reached to pick up point 10: 32 pm
Due to heavy rain No waiting time for bus drivers and cleaners rude behavior for customers telling that go to another bus is the answer
I am paying the amount and book the ticket but not pickup the passenger
