I booked a bus ticket from Siliguri to Delhi on 4th June 2022 for Journey on 4th June 2022, through website www.charantravels.com, with PNR No 11466, or four pessengers of Rs 15960
The bus trip was cancelled by the company and on my enqiry about refund, Mr Raghav told that I will get refund automatically. However, I havenot received any refund till date.
On contacting the numbers mentioned in website www.charantravels.com, and on my ask about refund the person talk very rudely and mentioned that their website is managed by Bitla Software and TicketSimply, so I need to contact them.So I contact SimplyTicket for refund and SimplyTicket asked me to call the number mentioned in website. On my call this time Mr. Raghav said that the bus went to Delhi on mentioned date, and he and his driver had made severals calls to me regarding boarding in the bus, but in fact no any such calls was done by them. He is lieing and not refunding my amount 15960.
This is clearly a fraud website without any customer care with them. Persons booking with them are cheated by not giving them any refund. Pls register our complaint & take a strict action against Charan Travels.

No Refund against Bus Service Cancellation
We booked a bus ticket from Delhi to Ahmedabad on 25 March 2022 for Journey on 29 March 2022, through website www.charantravels.com, with PNR No 10917, Invoice No BDL22/A of Rs 1417.50
The bus trip was cancelled by the company without any prior information to us and we were told that we will get refund automatically. However, we had not received any refund till date.
