Chesa Dental is Spot payment but order not received irresponsible behaviour

Hello Sir, this is Dr.Dhirender, I have placed an order for implant physio dispenser in the month of may. Payment was cleared on 16th of may but the order has not been received yet. I have complained many times to the sales manager and regional head but they are just whiling away time with illegitimate reasons. This equipment costs in lakhs and such an irresponsible behaviour is not tolerated. Kindly look into the matter
