I had ordered formal shoes on 8 Aug 22 from the website https://clarks.in/ which seller attempted to deliver on 12th Aug22 on COD terms thru their courier partner Xpressbees. I paid money to courier boy from Xpressbees and when found that packet was tempered and inside courier packet, i found used campus casual shoes instead of formal new clarks shoes. I had already paid money online via UPI to Xpressbees courier site. Courier boy asked me to give him written complaint and also took the fake shoes courier back with him stating that he will get me refund from xpressbees immediately. Its almost 4 days passed neither xpressbees is taking any action, not Clarks shoes although I have given proof of fraud by email to both companies. Can you help me to recover my Rs 2749 from Xpressbees as money was sent to their account.
